Global Support Manager - Fluent in French

The Global Support Manager role is looking for someone with a technical background, clear communication and is French speaking. You will be a key part of the global development, testing and support team.

Responsibilities:

- You will be learning the companies application and then supporting the global clients/partners
- Managing tickets and queries from their clients in a timely manner
- Investigating & solving data/technical issues
- Allocating work out to developers
- Writing complex logic queries

The ideal person:

- Self motivated and keen to learn
- Fluent in French
- Relevant degree (Computer science or Engineering)
- Can deal with complex logic queries based on large data sets
- SQL knowledge would be advantageous

(This role will include paid travel overseas)
