The Role:
• Upsell new products and services
• Grow customer billing revenue in line with your targets
• Develop excellent working relationships and rapport with customers
• Process new orders, service upgrades and contract renewals
• Process incoming calls and emails
• Analyse customer usage statistics to identify customer insights and market trends

Skills and Experience:

• Previous Sales experience (3+ years)
• Attention to detail
• Knowledge of VoIP and SaaS
• Excellent communication
• Work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Tech Savvy

• Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems
• Use of salesforce CRM OR Bullhorn CRM
