Helpdesk Support - 1st Line

Skills required:

- Provide first line support via the telephone to clients
- Logging calls using their specific service management system
- Able to work proactively to manage your own call list
- Work within specific SLA's
- Resolve any technical issues for clients
- Ensure clients are updated at every stage of their issues
- Active Directory experience
- Microsoft Office 365 experience
- Microsoft Exchange experience
- Application support experience would be a bonus

Soft Skills:

- Excellent communicator
- Willing to work in a team and as an individual
- Able to engage effectively according to the situation
- Confident with a keen eye for detail
