Due to expansion of their team, they are now on the look out for an experienced individual that has been involved project/software support. As well as excellent support experience, the ideal individual will have great communication in order to hold client relationships.
I.T skills are also a huge part of this role, you will need experience with Microsoft Windows & Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and previous experience within a within a support/helpdesk role.
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Previous experience within a helpdesk/support role
- Able to work to SLA's/tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication

- Ability to adapt to various situations
- SQL knowledge
- C# experience/knowledge
