Senior Helpdesk Analyst - 2nd/3rd line support

They are looking for an individual with 2nd or 3rd line IT support experience to join their friendly team.
Required skills:
- Cloud experience (Azure)
- Active Directory
- Microsoft office 365
- MS Office 2007/2010/2013/2016
- Windows Server 2008/2012
- Group Policies
Desirable:
- Backup solutions and storage solutions
- Application Support knowledge/experience would be beneficial but not a must
- LAN AND WAN Technologies
