The role will require you to maintain current client relationships as well as addressing their technical needs.

Duties involved:

- Provide relevant documentation to meet the customer requirements
- Liaise with support services, Networking Specialists, and other technical managers to help with the resolutions of issues that happy during deployment
- Monitor customer support for technical solutions during the sales process
- Actively contribute with finding new solutions/ services or products to the business
- Attend customer sale/project meetings to ensure a positive outcome is likely

Skills required:

- Excellent technical background
- Good understanding of servers and networking infrastructure
- Understanding of networking fundamentals
- HP, Cisco, Meraki wireless equipment knowledge/experience
- Virtulisation exposure (VMware & Hyper-V)

A normal week would consist of being in the office 3 days per week with 2 days working from home/client sites
