Application Support Analyst position based in Gloucester supporting software applications for a niche company. The company in question have experienced exceptional market growth since they established over 20 years ago.

This role will give you the chance to work alongside a global client base as well as a supportive team that will continue to help you grow and develop and will primarily be supporting their software applications.

Skills required:

- 2 or more years commercial experience within application support
- Experience within one of more of the following: Networking, Windows Server, Crystal Reports, SQL
- Be able to think on your feet
- Strong analytical skills
- Good broad IT knowledge

Responsibilities:

- Provide remote support to our desktop, server and mobile applications
- Work alongside the development team and communicate any feedback accordingly
- Provide technical support to a range of business areas
- Deal with incoming customer issues and updating this appropriately
- Escalate relevant issues to the correct team
