A Senior Application Support Analyst position based in Leamington Spa supporting software applications for a niche company. The company in question have experienced exceptional market growth since they established over 20 years ago.

This role will give you the chance to work with a global client base as well as a supportive team that will continue to help you grow and develop and will primarily be supporting their software applications.

You will be a first point of contact within the Application Support team providing various means of help and guidance.

Skills required:

- Minimum of 3 or more years commercial experience delivering software/application support in a customer facing role
- Programming language exposure of experience
- Knowledge of debugging tools
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent broad IT knowledge


- Deal with incoming customer support requests for web client and mobile issues
- Remote Support to desktop, serve and mobile applications
- Work with a number of different teams within the business including the devleopment team
- Provide technical back up and application knowledge to various business areas
