Application/Software Support Analyst - Must have experience of Software & Application Support

Skills required:
- 2 or more years commercial experience within Application support & Software support
- Knowledge of debugging tools
- Strong IT knowledge and overall exposure
- Can communicate with non technical and technical colleagues/clients
- Excellent time management skills
- Be able to think on your feet
- Strong analytical skills
Responsibilities:
- Escalate issues effectively to the relevant departments within the business
- Provide remote support to desktop, server and mobile applications
- Assist with updating day to day management of the Software platform
- Update tickets where appropriate
- Deal with incoming customer support requests
