A brilliant 2nd line IT support opportunity has become available to join one of the UK's leaders in their market. They are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join the team ASAP. This is the ideal position for someone who really wants to help make a difference through supporting key IT infrastructure and a user base.

The ideal candidate will be a well rounded technical individual that has good experience with SQL, Microsoft office and Microsoft Windows.

You will be responsible for the management/co-ordination of all assigned calls and tickets throughout the support and remediation lifecycle including providing the customer with timely and accurate updates. as well as providing customers with product advice and guidance.

Skills:

- You will be managing escalations according to their requirement and need
- Good commercial experience with SQL on MS SQL Servers
- Have strong SQL Skills
- Admin/Infrastructure experience
- Excellent communication
- Support and ticket management experience
