A non technical leadership position for an enthusiastic and commercially grounded individual that has experience leading software teams or projects previously.

The role is for a company who have invested heavily in their staff and are one of the leaders in their sectors. Since 1987, they have been part of a huge growth plan which has included the development of their various teams.

Due to expansion, they are now looking for a new Team Manager to lead a number of their Developers, Testers and Business Analysts.

The role:

- Be involved in one to one meetings with various team members
- Run appraisals with team members
- Take ownership of the personal development to get the very best out of each person
- Identify skills, improvements etc to have a high performing team
- Reports include KPI's, team metrics and SLA's

Skills:

- Previous management experience with large or small teams
- Various working methods (Agile, Kanban etc)
- Good overall commercial awareness
- Client/Stakeholder management
- Passionate and driven individual
