A brand new opening for an excellent established business that are looking for an experienced Software Support individual. This role will require someone who has previous Customer Service skills and can support various clients to the highest standard.

Account management experience would also be ideal for the role as there will be a number of external clients that will require your support at any one time.

This is an opportunity to grow from your previous positions alongside a supportive and friendly business.

Requirements:

- High level of customer service including commercial experience
- Able to handle various tasks at any one time
- Creating and updating documents whilst giving them system functionality advise/support
- Manual testing on any changes made to their systems
- Excellent communicator
- Willing to go that 'extra step'
- Software support commercial experience

Desirable:

- Previous financial background
