Customer Experience Executive

An opportunity for a Customer Experience Executive has become available, to work for an industry expert of software development that partners with Microsoft and has over 15 years of experience working with highly recognisable brands globally.

The Role:

Supporting the customer experience manager to achieve objectives including NPS. Within this position you will be the primary contact for assigned customers and issues related to customer experience, including escalations.

Not only will you build and maintain relationships with customers, but it is imperative that within this role you understand the industry direction for clients as to best assist with customers business needs. Furthermore, you will promote a full list of products and services, as well as identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. It will be important that customers are kept up to date with the latest updates, thus managing customer expectations.

This role will involve updating and maintaining customer account management activity on Microsoft CRM, while managing customer requests from start to finish to achieve high customer satisfaction.

Finally, this role will require providing feedback from customers to the Product Manager and Product Design Manager to ensure that the products being offered are market-leading and meets the ever-changing industry-specific requirements.

Essential requirements:

• Competent in Microsoft Office
• Understands business requirements and can translate these to actionable plans

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Outstanding levels of communication across all media
• Comfortable when liaising with all types of people, and can adapt in different situations
• Strong customer service ethic and sense of urgency
• Aptitude to prioritise accordingly and manage customer expectation
• Demonstrated relationship-building skills, with an ability to effectively partner with both clients and peers
• Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
