The Role:

Developing short-, mid- and long-term growth strategies to increase sales, income and customer satisfaction. You will also prepare sales contracts.

Be the primary contact between potential customers and the company. As such, this role will require building and maintaining relationships from the initial conversation to the onboarding of the customer.
This role will involve conducting research to follow trends and identify new markets. Following from this, new business acquisition will be a must.

Preparing presentations and feeding back to stakeholders will also be involved in this role, because of this it will be imperative that stakeholders’ expectations are managed.

This role involves traveling to clients within the UK.

Essential:

• Two years commercial experience in similar role/ pre-sales background
• Understanding of how software is written
• Understanding of what challenges are posed and be able to identify and assess their scope
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Desirable:

• Degree in relevant field
• Conducting initial high-level requirements analysis
