This role is perfect for someone who is looking for an opportunity to expand and further their knowledge at a company with a highly established client base. This will be an office-based role.

The ideal candidate will be expected to provide high quality technical support to the company’s’ new and existing clients, working with the operations team to provide further support. Working within a structured environment, you will be required to assist with the support and release of the business’ software providing high quality service. This role will also require you to carefully analyse and investigate problems, satisfying requests raised by clients within agreed standards.

Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support to clients both internally and externally.
- Being able to gather data to identify and fix system/business related problems.
- Producing relevant documentation for business requirements.
- Ensuring testing is carried out in order to make sure hardware and software changes are usable by clients.
- Having the ability to identify the areas impacted by system changes.
- Being proficient with a range of analytical, planning and estimating techniques and tools
- Analysing data regularly in order to identify trends and root causes.
- Can demonstrate willingness to take ownership to find a resolution.
- Works well within a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using their judgment to make decisions, whilst overcoming obstacles.
- Competent in being able to understand and draw conclusions from data and client feedback.

- Experience of working with ticket management systems such as Jira.
