Key Account Manager

Birmingham 35K - 45K Excellent Permanent

An exciting new opening for an experienced account manager to join a unique and niche company that have grown significantly since they started many years ago.


This role will give you the chance to work with a variety of teams and areas whilst having a supportive management team that will get the very best out of you.


The role will involve getting a clear understanding of the requirements for the account you are responsible for and then managing & mentoring account executives to ensure they are performing to their best standards.



Skills required:


- Excellent communicator - responding to queries and issues from clients and resolving these in a timely manner

- Ability to increase sales - Picking out opportunities to upsell or finding brand new openings to increase revenue

- Management skills - Manage a team of Account Executives including mentoring and supporting them

- Schedule meetings - Meet with clients when is relevant and ensure you know their future plans

- Market Conditions - Keep up to date with current trends that may effect future business pipeline

- Identify key decision makers in order to have relevant conversations about what the company does
