QA Test Manager

Hybrid Part-Remote (only once a week in the office)!

As the head of testing, you will be accountable for the management of the organisations test requirements. You will report to the IT director. Although this is a sizable team, the role still requires a hand-on leadership approach to ensure the on time delivery of a varied workload.

The ideal person will have -

Advanced test management skills

Experience of leading a testing team not managing a testing team

Ability to build and implement a testing strategy

Operate a risk based approach to testing

Experience of evaluating suitable industry standard toolsets and methodologies

Experienced project managing principles

Excellent face to face communication skills to negotiate with stakeholders at all levels

Hold a current ISTQB (CTEL – Expert) qualification.
