Manual Tester

Remote Role!

A software development company based in West Midlands is looking to recruit a Manual Software Tester into its Software Development team to play an integral role individually and collectively in developing the long-term success of the company. As an accredited Microsoft partner, the company has award-winning software systems and years of experience creating and delivering quality software solutions.

Skills/Responsibilities:

- To test modifications for their products to ensure they are fit for purpose and consistent. You will ensure modifications are fully regression testable and delivered on schedule.
- Translate functional requirements and specifications into documented test plans, cases and steps
- Create and maintain test data, tools and scripts
- Identifying issues and risks
- Execute test plans manually
- 2 years commercial experience testing client server (Window) and Web Applications

Soft skills:

- Able to work within a team and independently
- Keen eye for detail
- Good communication (verbal and written)
