About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a Head of Product to lead our growing team, to own the product vision and help build great features for our product.
This person will manage a lean Product team to perform discovery on new features for the our platform, ensure efficiency between the engineering and product teams and work with the senior leadership team to help build the best cashflow management tool in the market.
Ideally have a Fintech background and be looking for a role where they can make an immediate impact but also cement their experience as a Head of Product within a challenging and ever-growing space.

What your day-to-day looks like:
-Manage other members of the product team and ensure processes for requirement gathering, ideas, new feature requests etc. -Work with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) members to identify key improvements that can be made to the platform. -Support the SLT members by providing product expertise and experience where relevant. -Managing and communicating the product roadmap to the wider business -Manage backlog prioritisation sessions. -Communicate timelines on strategic roadmap items. -Look at ways to improve and implement customer feedback loops from the app or outside the app. -Work with SLT and C-suite on any partnerships work and mapping out how the product would work with any partners -Breaking down large strategic initiatives into features in the platform or a strategy to implement the initiative -Work with other teams, Customer Success, Marketing, Sales etc on prioritising any ad hoc requirements and small platform changes -Use research and customer insights to inform decisions on new and existing feature requirements -Make suggestions on things that we can improve as a team (we love continuous improvement!)

-You enjoy a challenge; you love creating products customers love & are always striving to build things that help solve real problems. You can explain reasons for changes in the product and process backed up by experience or research. You want to contribute directly to a customer facing product and be able to say, ‘I -helped build that!’ whilst also having the opportunity to speak directly to the target demographic. -Practical experience managing and mentoring product people providing them with clear direction when required. -Performed in depth discovery and created clear requirements for the engineers in the past so knows ‘what good looks like’ -Proven ability to translate roadmap items, high level vision and user feedback into actionable changes in the app -Ability to understand strategic ideas from C-Suite members and translate that it features ideas or an ‘off-product’ plan for realising those ideas -Technical experience and can understand how the platform fits together so they can work more efficiently with engineers -Experience working in a Product focused environment as well as agile dev environment -Hands on using Miro, Jira, Monday (or nearest similar tool) -Can balance tactical work with more strategic and wholesale changes -Preferably experience conducting focus groups, design sessions, surveys and online testing. -Preferably experience translating research into actionable changes in the platform.
