In order to be a successful candidate, this position will require you to have some exposure to the financial sector, ideally in your latest role.
The role - The person in this role will be responsible for ensuring delivery of a resilient business as usual service for various clients. The chosen candidate will need to be able to commute once per week (ideally to the office)
The role: *Define and drive the delivery of IT platform services to achieve the required SLA targets. *Develop and implement a scalable service delivery model, in collaboration with delivery teams. *Generate and present management reporting *Identify and drive service improvements to enhance the client experience *Manage change activities to ensure platform stability and supportability.
Experience: *Understanding of the key processes within the Financial Services Industry *Demonstrable experience in a client facing role *Working experience within the Financial Services Industry is ideal *Educated to A-Level standard or higher, or equivalent
